CLAAS ROLLANT 620 Round Baler
CLAAS understands that in the hectic forage harvesting period, every minute counts in the field. That’s why they have introduced the high-capacity ROLLANT 620 round baler, so you can rely on a high-quality, robust machine to do your baling operation right. CLAAS has implemented new and improved quality components that include its Operator technology, steel rollers and Roto Feed to ensure your bales will come out perfectly every time. Reliability was a key focus for CLAAS in the making of this baler so that you know it’s very durable and will operate efficiently in a consistent manner.
Bale Size: 48” x 60”
Quality
For many years now, the ROLLANT models have been processing crops into perfectly shaped round bales. The success with bale processing is due to the customization that CLAAS has applied to the volume of the bale chambers and the increase in roller diameter. So, whether its haylage, hay or straw, this leads to a bale drive that is optimally matched to the bale chamber, which results in perfectly shaped bales. If you need quality round bales, then you need the ROLLANT 620.
Reliability
CLAAS has integrated several new improvements to the ROLLANT 620 round baler, making it more reliable and stronger than before. For instance, this baler’s 17 steel rollers have been improved to be more stable and tough when under operation. These steel rollers compress the crop into very compact bales to keep their shape and ensure that there is reliable bale rotation, even in the driest of harvesting conditions. The new net wrapping mechanism in the ROLLANT 620 is also more reliable than before and saves you time in the field; the net wrapping is fully automatic and takes only a few seconds to complete. The net guidance has also been redesigned and the net brake has been improved as well.
Technology
The new and improved Rollant 620 Operator is everything you need to function and control your baling operation. The Operator is a user-friendly, technological display screen where you can navigate through the different operations of the baler’s mechanisms. For instance, you can utilize and control the automatic tying trip mechanism, wrapping pressure display, knife activation, bale counter (bales per day and total number of bales), and netting or twine (can be pre-selected). You can also program the baler according to the harvesting conditions for ideal operation in the field.
