Performance

This baler is designed to perform at an advanced level in the field no matter how tough your operation may be. This is due to the cutting-edge ROLLANT 520 reinforced rollers, intelligent chain lubrication, high core compaction bales and its operator terminal. This baler has 16 reinforced rollers for particularly dense silage bales, including 8 rollers with 4 mm thick casing and the other 8 rollers with 3 mm thick casing. This baler also has a pivoting three-roller segment and a tailgate with MPS MAXIMUM PRESSURE SYSTEM that generates additional pressure (can be adjusted mechanically) so that your bales are rock-hard. Lastly, the intelligent chain lubrication automatically adjusts the quantity of oil to the correct requirement for its ideal setting.

The ROLLANT 520 round baler has introduced its improved ROTO FEED, a new version of high-performance rotor technology. To ensure high compaction for the bales, this machine’s rotor draws the forage in and accelerates it into the fixed chamber with ease. What makes this rotor run so swiftly is the 14 individually secured knives. This cutting rotor offers 70 mm chop lengths of outstanding quality, energy-rich silage. Furthermore, when the baling chamber is open, the knives can also be fitted and removed conveniently.
