Holt Ag Solutions remains active in addressing the ever-growing demand for technicians in the agriculture industry. Holt is among dozens of dealers supporting the Fendt Technician Academy, an eight-week advanced training program that trains students on servicing Fendt equipment. The course allows students to earn credits while working with Fendt machinery components, including engines, hydraulics, powertrains, electrical systems and more.

Universal Technical Institute's Lisle campus in Illinois is the exclusive administrator of the program, and its graduates become top recruits for Fendt dealers around the country, including Holt Ag Solutions. Over 40 students have participated in the program since its inception in the fall 2021 semester. Holt has hired six graduates of the academy, who continue to thrive in the company.

"I have been able to apply exactly what I learned in the Fendt Technician Academy at UTI-Lisle into my everyday responsibilities at Holt AG Solutions in Northern California," said Holt Ag Solutions field service technician Dalton Butler, a graduate of the Fendt Technician Academy. "The training academy teaches all the relevant materials and theories to help technicians properly maintain these sophisticated machines."
