Technology

The new and improved Rollant 620 Operator is everything you need to function and control your baling operation. The Operator is a user-friendly, technological display screen where you can navigate through the different operations of the baler’s mechanisms. For instance, you can utilize and control the automatic tying trip mechanism, wrapping pressure display, knife activation, bale counter (bales per day and total number of bales), and netting or twine (can be pre-selected). You can also program the baler according to the harvesting conditions for ideal operation in the field.

Intake

The pick-up on this tractor is able to gather even the widest swaths thoroughly without any contamination of the forage with its 83” working width and speed of 125 rpm. The optional double-roller crop press compacts the crop, accelerates the crop flow and guides it to the rotor. This creates perfectly round bales by also ensuring that the bale chamber is filled evenly. Furthermore, to get extra bale density around the edges, the tractor includes large stub augers on both sides that feeds the crop to the intake. This will improve bale stability and will help keep the shape of the bales when stored over long periods of time.
